- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend this bank to any one if I could give it zero stars I would just found out my card was cancelled and no one can't tell me why which is a big problem when I have automatic transactions coming out of my account then they tell me I can go into the bank and get a card but it won't work for 24 hours which now I'll get a late fee charge on top of that I'm suppose to be using my card today for a business trip and the card I pick up today won't work for 24 hours that's not acceptable at all and someone is going to fix it today, there is one representative that tries to do more of her job then she needs to do.By Jazmique James, April 24, 2017
