  Customer service as well as branch service is non existent. Too many complaints and stories to list. Very unprofessional staff and management. Always have to wait hours before you will get service ( doesn't matter if you came at 9 am or at lunch time) Staff is very incompetent. ALWAYS gave me incorrect information. Manager is very rude. Reynoldsburg branch is absolutely opposite to Whitehall branch. Manager Aisha at Reynoldsburg branch is very friendly and always ready to help. She goes out of her way in helping her customers. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. I feel more comfortable to go there. I know I will always get best service.

  I would not recommend this bank to any one if I could give it zero stars I would just found out my card was cancelled and no one can't tell me why which is a big problem when I have automatic transactions coming out of my account then they tell me I can go into the bank and get a card but it won't work for 24 hours which now I'll get a late fee charge on top of that I'm suppose to be using my card today for a business trip and the card I pick up today won't work for 24 hours that's not acceptable at all and someone is going to fix it today, there is one representative that tries to do more of her job then she needs to do.
